Welcome to Junior Speakers. By registering for a workshop, private coaching session, or otherwise using our website and services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
Registration and Enrollment
Enrollment in Junior Speakers programs is subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify program schedules, instructors, program content, or program offerings when necessary.
Parents or legal guardians are responsible for providing accurate registration information and ensuring that students meet any applicable age or grade requirements.
By enrolling a student, the parent or legal guardian represents that they have the authority to consent to the student's participation in the program and to any related forms, permissions, and agreements.
Payment
Payment is required to reserve a student's place in a workshop, course, or coaching session unless otherwise agreed upon.
Payments may be processed through our website or through approved payment methods such as Venmo, Zelle, or other payment services.
Refund Policy
Group Workshops and Courses
- Full refunds are available up to seven (7) days before the first scheduled class.
- Refund requests made within seven (7) days of the first scheduled class are eligible for a 50% refund.
- No refunds will be issued after a student attends or joins the first class session.
- No refunds will be issued for missed classes, absences, or unused sessions.
Program Cancellation
If Junior Speakers cancels a workshop or program, families will receive either:
- A full refund, or
- The option to transfer enrollment to a future program.
Attendance and Missed Classes
Students are responsible for attending scheduled sessions. No refunds will be provided for missed classes.
Classes may be recorded for educational, administrative, quality assurance, safety, or makeup purposes. Recordings may be made available to enrolled families who miss a class session at the discretion of Junior Speakers.
Access to recordings is not guaranteed.
Private Coaching
Private coaching sessions may be rescheduled when advance notice is provided. Parents and students may cancel private coaching sessions at any time.
If a student or parent fails to attend a scheduled coaching session without notice, the session may be forfeited and is not eligible for a refund.
Refunds are not provided for completed coaching sessions.
Online Participation and Conduct
Parents or guardians remain responsible for the supervision and conduct of their children during online programs. Students are expected to participate respectfully and appropriately.
Junior Speakers reserves the right to remove any participant whose behavior is disruptive, inappropriate, unsafe, or interferes with the learning experience of other students.
In cases involving serious or repeated misconduct, refunds may not be provided.
Recordings, Photos, and Testimonials
Classes may be recorded for educational, administrative, quality assurance, safety, or makeup purposes.
As part of enrollment, parents or guardians are required to complete a Photo Release Form. Completion of the form is required for participation in Junior Speakers programs.
The Photo Release Form allows parents or guardians to indicate whether they grant permission for Junior Speakers to use photographs, screenshots, student work, testimonials, recordings, or other materials featuring their child for promotional, educational, or marketing purposes, including use on our website, social media accounts, marketing materials, and future program promotions.
Junior Speakers will honor the selection made by the parent or guardian on the Photo Release Form regarding the use of their child's likeness, testimonials, photographs, recordings, and materials.
Intellectual Property
All curriculum materials, presentations, worksheets, handouts, recordings, videos, written content, and other educational materials provided by Junior Speakers are the property of Junior Speakers unless otherwise stated.
Materials are provided solely for personal educational use and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, sold, published, shared publicly, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
Disclaimer
Junior Speakers provides educational programs designed to support communication, public speaking, writing, and related skills. Participation in our programs does not guarantee any specific academic, personal, or professional outcome.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Junior Speakers and its instructors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from participation in our programs or use of our website and services.
Any liability arising from participation in our programs shall be limited to the amount paid by the participant for the applicable program or service.
Third-Party Services
Our website may contain links to third-party websites or services. Junior Speakers is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party websites.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued participation in our programs or use of our website constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms & Conditions.
